Appointment Cancellations I require a 24 hour cancellation notice. If not within the 24 hours I require 50% of the selected service before able to rebook. I understand that things happen so just try to let me know as soon as possible. If you are sick please let me know for your health and others. No Call No Shows If you no call no show you will be required to pay 100% of the service fee before able to rebook. If you no call no show twice you will no longer be able to book with me. I do have a 15 minute buffer time but if you are late I may not have time for art. Please just try to be on time so l have plenty of time with you and others. Payments I accept cash, card and Venmo. I don't accept checks. I also do not give refunds for appointment. If you are in need of a nail fix they are free unless it is self caused.
